As a gay artist in a Catholic countryside, Daniel keeps to himself. But the tragic death of a girl strikes an even more painful blow to the lives of the locals. As the event begins to tear the cohesive community apart, our protagonist faces feelings of guilt. Despite the fingers pointed at him, he decides to organise a crusade to honour his deceased friend. Will he be able to keep his promises while preserving his integrity as an artist-believer? Is it even possible to speak openly about homophobic crimes in a conservative Catholic community? Directors Łukasz Ronduda and Łukasz Gutt, who have already dominated the Gdynia Polish Feature Film Festival with their film, seek answers in this gritty Polish drama based on true events
